Request a room on the upper floor for quieter nights, as the ground floor can be noisy.

I really enjoyed the location...everything was walking distance.

The staff did not appear to be fully trained. He lack understanding of anything we we asked in french and english and had very little knowledge of basic check-in procedures--the manager did not get back to us...

Clean hotel, facilities are clean, and the location is good and perfect close to restaurants. The staff is very polite and pleasant and the food is good.

They ensured everything was well-stocked. The location also provided easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas.

Rooms show clear signs of neglect!!! Paint job needed, outdated furniture, and some areas have visible writing on the walls!!! The bathroom not receiving consistent housekeeping also raises concerns about cleanliness!!!

didn't like paying 3.75 for a bottle of water that was set right next to the coffee pot (coffe free but for the water had to pay 3.75) also sheets were not changed. rates very expensive for this facility. not happy at all.\

The staff were courteous, friendly and went out of their way to help. Being in Quebec where the official language is French the staff spoke excellent English and had no issue with conversing in English. The attached restaurant was clean, the service friendly and food good.

The walls were thin so easy to hear conversation in the next room. Not a complaint, merely a fact.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the beds. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering enough variety to start my day right. The staff at the reception were proactive and attentive to my needs. I found my experience to be satisfactory given the price point and amenities available, including the business center and free WiFi.

Overall it is a good hotel.

I did not like having to go through the main entrance everytime I needed to get back to my room especially because my room was near the back of the hotel. I believe some kind of back access would be a good idea to consider.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful to foreigners who did not speak French. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. The room was clean and neat.

The service was good with a friendly check-in. The breakfast was incredible and satisfactory with waffles and bacon, for instance, the restaurant was good. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from Jeu d'evasion.
